For an account request, write from the email connected to your Google sign-in so ownership can be checked. For a payment question, include the order reference and approximate payment date. For a video question, include the task identifier and what happened. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, full card details or unnecessary copies of personal photos.

Keep your completed video

Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Completed videos remain available for 14 days after completion, then are automatically deleted. Download your MP4 during that period and check that your saved copy plays.
